The unit has recently completed the opening song 'Vilayadu Mankatha' in Bangkok. The film, produced and distributed by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Cloud Nine Movies, is expected to release on May 1 (Ajith's birthday), 2011.
Ajith's Mankatha has already created a lot of buzz in the industry. The latest we hear is that heroine Trisha plays the role of a Chennai slum girl in the film.
To everyone's surprise, Trisha will also speak an unique country accent in the film. The Mankatha team is currently shooting at the outskirts of Chennai.
